How to get around city and county inspectors
that will not allow your wind turbine to go up!

Apply for a radio antenna permit!-- (CALIFORNIA LAW #AB1207 passed on JULY 1 2002)

Many local officials allow antenna permits for up to 27 feet above the structure (your home). Just make sure your wind turbine tower, "Antenna pole" (Not the PMA) is actually hooked up to a radio of some sort so you can show the inspector the connection. It is a fact that a spinning PMA at the top of an antenna boosts incoming signals. Any pulsating electrical force or field creates this phenomenon when trying to bring in VERY weak signals. In fact most of those FM radio signal boosters you can buy on the market today are just frequency oscillators which end up amplifying the radio signal by bringing it into the radio receiver in pulses,,, exactly what the PMA is doing!!!!!!! IF your inspector turns you down please ask them to QUOTE you the exact law that says "SPINNING" Antenna Signal Boosters are prohibited!!! Laws are NOT up to the interpretation of inspectors! They can't stop you if it's not written in their law and code books SO you will win ANY court case. The law must specifically say "NO SPINNING SIGNAL BOOSTERS ALLOWED". This is a fight for your economic freedom and the environment so use what ever weapons you have at your disposal without shame!
Do not hookup your PMA to any batteries or inverters until the court fight is over because they WILL ask you- "are you generating power?" and you must say "NO" with great confidence and honesty.

Then quote them THIS LAW to really seal the deal!!! #AB1207

When #AB1207 passed in 2002 your county and city laws got LOCKED in place! They can't ADD any NEW laws to their local county or state law books that prohibit spinning antennas, wind turbines and many other alternative energy devices IF those laws weren't on their books before July 1st 2002.
Bill #AB1207 Passed into law on JULY 1 2002 and is now law!!!

Part of this law implies that NO county or town may add any NEW laws or RE-WORD any EXISTING laws on their law books that prohibit wind turbines and other other alternative energy devices that where not already existing on their law books before the legislature passed #AB1207 on JULY 1 2002 !!!!!!! Their old laws are locked in place!!!

In October 2001, California AB 1207 became law. It orders California
cities and counties (excluding some densely populated areas) to enact ordinances allowing
wind turbines towers of at least 65 feet on any property sized an acre or more - and at least
80 feet on 5-acre or larger properties. If cities and counties fail to enact ordinances by July
1, 2002, AB 1207 specifies that small wind turbines become a "use by right" and will receive
a building permit by default, provided they meet the state’s minimum specified
requirements. See:
California Small Wind Energy Siting Bill

Since ALL counties did NOT have written ordinances concerning
"Spinning Radio Antenna Signal Boosters" Before JULY 1 2002 you are in business!!!!!
They could ban ALL antenna permits period, but that would be a PR nightmare.

HISTORICAL NOTES: Just remember your history, when the Automobile first hit the streets of early America many laws got put into action in thousands of small towns that banned the Automobile or the "horse-less carriage" from using the "main street" since they frightened the horses. Some people got around the law by tying a horse to the back of their Auto's so they were now technically not "horse-less" any longer (People are always thinking aren't they,,, ah yes!)
Now-a-days it is hard to conceive that cars were once banned on city streets! Hopefully one day in the near future it will be common place to see wind turbines and solar panels on top of every dwelling and the end of the spaghetti-wire, power-pole eyesore of today. Also wouldn't it be nice to tell the middle east to take their oil and shove-it someday?
So the next time you see a wind turbine view it as an icon and NOT as an Eye-Sore. View it as an icon of a Freer America!
