Standard Features

• Primary used oil filter plugged indicator lamp - With used oil pump shutdown system.
• Secondary Used Oil Filter Plugged Indicator Lamp - With used oil pump shutdown system.
• Final Filter Plugged Indicator Lamp - With main oil pump shutdown system.
• No oil Flow Indicator - With main oil pump shutdown system.
• Remote Audible Signal or Visual Indicator - A relay and connectors are supplied for connecting remote audible or visual divices.
• Drain Final Filter Indicator Lamp - Alerts the operator when to drain water from the final filter/coalescer assembly.
• Main oil Pump Circuit Overload and Reset - Alerts operator of an overlaod condition.
• Used Oil Pump Control Switch - Turns the used oil pump off in the event you exhaust your used oil supply, but wish to pump, filter and dehydrate your oil source.
• Percent Mix Adjuster - Allows adjustment of the percentage of processed used oil to be injected into the oil system from .5% to 5% or .5 to 10% infinite.
• Pumps and motors - All Systems are equipped with TEFC motors and heavy-duty pumps that have a twenty four (24) hour duty cycle. (Electric pump shown. Newer models come equipped with air pumps)
• Compact size - Measures only 14.5" deep x 51" high x 47.5" long.
• Mechanical flow meter - A mechanical flow meter in gallons or liters is supplied with a four-digit resettable batch meter and a seven-digit non resettable totalizer.
• "Y" strainer - A "Y" strainer is supplied to remove large particulate matter from the oil flow prior to entering the system.
• Automatic air release value - Automatically removes air from the final oil filter/coalescer assembly.

Maintenance and Operator Friendly

• Operator simply sets mixture dial to desired oil blend ratio
• Drain valves and pipe extensions are located on all filters to simplify draining
• Element changing is fast and easy due to single element design and single top clamp assembly
• Check valves on waste oil and oil inlets and blended oil outlet ensure liquid prime in hoses is not lost in element changing or transportation.
• All hoses are fire resistant United States Coast Guard approved
• All wiring is routed in liquid tight conduit to NEMA rated boxes.
• Differential pressure gauges for each filter unit alert operator when filter element change is necessary.
• Waste oil filter elements are depth media type that will hold four (4) times their own weight in particulate matter.

Maintenance procedures are simple and infrequent; all filter elements are extended life types.
